Hilbert College and Sweet Buffalo Present “Fall In Love With Rescues” Pet Adoption Event

HAMBURG, N.Y. — Hilbert College and Sweet Buffalo are teaming up to bring the community together for Fall In Love With Rescues, a special pet adoption event dedicated to supporting local animal rescues and helping pets find their forever homes.

The free, family-friendly event will take place on Saturday, October 3, from 12–4 p.m. at Hilbert College, 5200 S. Park Ave., Hamburg, NY 14075.

Numerous local animal rescue organizations will be on site with adoptable pets and information about fostering, volunteering and other ways community members can support animals in need. Guests can also enjoy food trucks, shop from local vendors and spend an afternoon supporting Western New York’s rescue community.

A special pet blessing will take place at 2 p.m., giving attendees an opportunity to bring their beloved pets along to receive a blessing.

Fall In Love With Rescues is a rain or shine event, with indoor space available in the event of inclement weather. Admission is completely free and the event is open to the public.
